The construction team created a masterpiece, often going above and beyond on the smallest features to enhance the ultimate finished product.  Each team member of R.D. Building and Design was a pleasure to work with and so respectful of our family and neighbors throughout the project. Our friends and neighbors are impressed with how beautifully our newly expanded home fits with the overall architecture of our original house and how it enhances our neighborhood.

I just wanted you to know how happy we are in our new home.  We have built six homes throughout our lifetime, all over the United States, and this home building process with RD has been the best one ever.  Normally I would not recommend a builder, but Ryan was so easy to work with and came in right at the price he had told us.  I know that Bend is where we will be retiring and when the time comes to build another home, Ryan and RD Building and Design will be the only choice for us!

The expertise, service, and workmanship provided by the entire R.D. Building and Design team was exceptional, and from start to finish we were in very capable hands. From our project supervisor to the many sub contractors who worked on our project, all were intent on making our project a total success.
